FEATURES: WHAT A RARE ANTIQUE FIND! A HIGH FASHION SHEER ECRU COTTON NET FABRIC WITH FRENCH BLUE BOW APPLIQUÉ's THROUGHOUT. A COLORED RIBBON SASH ORIGINALLY CAME WITH THE DRESS-(BUT WOULD NEED TO BE RESTORED) DEEP SCOOP NECKLINE TRIMMED IN RUFFLED LACE. RUCHING DETAILS THROUGHOUT BOSOM PANEL THAT RUNS DOWN THE FRONT OF THE GOWN & AROUND THE HEMLINE.
GOWN IS VERY SHEER, & WOULD REQUIRE AN UNDERLAYER OF SORTS (IF PREFERRED). ESTIMATED EDWARDIAN ERA c1900-1910 TEA DRESS .......”CAN YOU SEE A HER OUT STROLLING WITH HER PARASOL IN THIS ROMANTIC DRESS??” ...THIS IS A WONDERFUL ADDITION FOR ANY COLLECTION.

Measurements: Bust: (underarm to underarm at side seam) Up to 32” (33" if slightly stretched) Waist: up to 31" Length: bodice Length 13.5" skirt 37.5" total length 51", hips 38", sleeve openings 10" around, sweep 47".

Condition: pre-owned antique condition.
Notable Issues: Needs professional heirloom dry cleaning (refer to last 2 photos for notables). Has some yellowing/fading, faint spots, tiny dark spots (on lower back of skirt and back of shoulder) The satin ribbon sash is not usable, needs to be restored. This sash piece can be used as your pattern, and the glass beads can be restrung. The lace hemline has been torn, (it's longer in a section in the back). If you have other questions, please ask.

WEARABILITY: Can not guarantee wearability due to the age of the fabric and thread. If you are attempting to wear, wear at your own risk.
