THIS FABULOUS ETHEREAL DRESS IS MADE FROM A BEAUTIFUL SHEER WHITE COTTON FABRIC WITH SWISS DOT DETAILING. DELICATE LACE PANELS,
& EMBELLISHED WITH SAW TOOTH LACE ALONG CUFFS. HOOK & EYE CLOSURES DOWN THE FRONT OF THE BODICE. THE SKIRT HAS 2 HANKERCHIEF HEM TIERS.

RARE CONDITION FOR A DRESS THAT IS OVER 100 YEARS OLD! *THE DRESS IS CLEAN AND WEARABLE - (WHEN HANDLED WITH CARE).

CONDITION: RARE PRE-OWNED ANTIQUE CONDITION. CLEAN & WEARABLE.

NOTABLE ISSUES: SOME HAND STITCHED REPAIRS, MOSTLY WITHIN THE LACE AND LOWER SKIRT NEAR HEM-NOT VERY NOTICEABLE (-see last photo for examples and details). THE WAISTLINE/WAISTBAND COULD USE SOME REINFORCEMENT OR TO BE REBUILT (it’s functional as is, but the weight of the multiple tiered skirt tends to pull on it somewhat). I’ve included with the order a gorgeous deep magenta brocade colored ribbon (I created a wrap waist with this ribbon in the photos). The ribbon was purchased through a ribbon specialty vendor I buy from, she purchases all of her vintage ribbon on her trips to France, (I do not know the exact age) but it should be noted it did not originally come with the dress.
